This app doesn't show my activities since January 2021.
While the device itself was great. For a product that cost me over $800 the support was horrendous. As a result I have had a $800 piece of junk hanging around. What's worse is that over 12 months ago their support contacted me regarding condition of the prongs on the band. I took photos as requested. Never heard back. Tried contacting support a further 3 times at least. NO RESPONSE. Including a month ago. I've now not been able to use the device for over 12 months. This is the last attempt.
Its a scam, the headset wont connect to the app. So sad bought this headset very expensive.
It's a very good experience!!!
I spend so much time trying to pair then 3 minutes of use have erase and re-pair this headset.. I see why they went out of business.
Their app only works on old devices. Owners of the company are pretty irresponsible on fixing the issue of simple troubleshooting by having the app compatible with new devices. Not even tech support. If there's anyone new here considering buying their product, don't even bother. The app won't connect to the headset, its pointless. $300 dollars right down the drain.
I still Love my Halo. I read some reviews and man..I really wish they would research the website. If you are having difficulty connecting the device, it explains that the device may need to be deleted and disconnected from Bluetooth then start a new installation. I too had issues but found help under support tab and no issues. This device is a true game changer. I am sad to learn it has been discontinued.
$399 paper weight. Won't connect to the app even though it will connect to my phone. When will this be resolved? It keeps disconnecting and won't stay connected. I've tried contacting customer support, but the page doesn't exist. This is disappointing as my old tablet can connect, but my phone can't even though it's running an operating system that is compatible according to the support page. Please fix this.
Pairing problems
This app does not work. It stopped working a few months ago, no matter what it will not pair now I have useless headset I am at the point with halo sport that I just feel cheated, only one ear phone ever worked on my unit and the app is garbage more likely to make you miss your workout from pairing issues then anything. Performance decreasing device and app. Total waste of money.
